Dietary Requirements

Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure. The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.
All under 18's must be accompoanied by an adult age 18+.
Each passenger will need to show their boat ticket and photo ID will be required for over 18's. Wristbands will be issued to guests over the age of 18. Alcohol will only be served to guests wearing a wristband.
Drink Tokens will be issued to adults (18+) on boarding. Lost drink tokens will not be replaced.
Unlimited soft drinks for under 18's to include Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Lemonade, Tonic and mineral water.
Under 2's are free of charge, however a ticket will still need to be selected. No food or drinks will be provided for under 2's.
Please give yourself extra time to travel to the pier. Our vessels cannot return to the pier for latecomers. All group bookings must arrive together.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Seating is available onboard and is offered on a first come first served basis.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
No food or drinks can be brought onboard.
All bars onboard accept both cash and card.
Babies are welcome however there are no changing facilities onboard.
Due to accessibility and limited space, buggies are not permitted onboard.
The Cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
All bookings are subject to vessel transfers and/or operational changes. We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Whilst every endeavour to achieve a view of the fireworks will be made the positioning of the boat is entirely at the Captain's discretion based on tides, river conditions or any other circumstances relating to the evening or advice received from the authorities. The Battersea Park Fireworks event is organized by a third party and the display itself is outside the control of London Party Boats. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the display, London Party Boats is under no obligation to extend a refund of the ticket purchase price.
