Beer, wine and prosecco by the glass and soft drinks are included with your ticket. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.
Alcohol will not be served whilst alongside the pier. The bar will close 15 minutes prior to arriving back at the pier.
Wristbands will be issued to guests over the age of 18. Alcohol will only be served to guests over the age of 18.
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted onboard.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.
The cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Firework display takes place at the discretion of the Mayor of London. Whilst every endeavour to achieve a view of the fireworks will be made the positioning of the boat is entirely at the Captain's discretion based on tides, river conditions or any other circumstances relating to the evening or advice received from the authorities. The New Year's Eve event is organized by a third party and the display itself is outside the control of London Party Boats. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the display, London Party Boats is under no obligation to extend a refund of the ticket purchase price.
