Important information
The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

The cruise operates regardless of the weather. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain. The outdoor viewing decks are not sheltered.

We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.

Dietary Requirements
We do not guarantee that products are free from nuts or traces of nuts.
For any special dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free etc) please let us know at least 7 days before your departure date.
We will endeavour to match the menu but reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value.

You’ll be welcomed with a fizzing glass of prosecco - always the perfect way to kick off a party, we think! Once you’re all safely on board and underway, it’s time for the main event. You’ll be treated to a three-course meal filled with all of your festive favourites.

Soak up the views of London’s iconic landmarks from the huge viewing windows, grab another drink from the bar, and enjoy some quality time with your friends and colleagues as you dine at your leisure.

You didn’t think that was it, did you? The DJ will also be on hand to make the vibes truly merry and bright, bringing the best festive hits alongside some proper party classics. Head onto the dance floor, or out on to the viewing decks to enjoy the stunning sights one last time before you dock back on land.
