London Party Boats Ltd are closely monitoring Government guidelines and Public Health England’s recent announcement. We have suspended all charters and ticketed events until further notice, with immediate effect. We are following the governments guidelines and will commence our operations as soon as the current restrictions are lifted.  

Our Commitment to Safety

We understand how disappointed customers may be during these unprecedented times but the health and safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew members is our main priority. We have a skeleton team currently working from home and available to help either by phone or email. This means it may take longer to respond to your enquiries but be assured that our team are working extremely hard to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Our team will be in touch shortly to reschedule any bookings that have been affected. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we hope to have the team back onsite as quickly as possible. 

Our Commitment to Confidence

London Party Boats Ltd is committed to ensuring our guests are confident in making a booking by providing them with maximum flexibility during these challenging times. 

For guests with existing bookings, if your cruise is booked from the 1st April up to the 31st May 2020, we will be happy to reschedule your cruise to a later date at no additional cost. For bookings currently booked from June 2020 onwards, these charters will currently remain unchanged so we can keep all bookings further ahead in place in case the lockdown is lifted. We will continue to monitor this if the current restrictions are extended.

Customers looking to make a new booking can book with confidence knowing that we will work with you to ensure maximum flexibility should the situation continue or change.

London Party Boats Ltd has an excellent safety and sanitation record and have always operated and maintained a rigorous process around cleanliness and hygiene. Our crew are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning protocols.

We are taking specific steps to include proper and frequent hand washing, thorough disinfection of food preparation surfaces before and after each event, alongside regular sanitization of our vessels before and after service. In addition to these measures, we have increased the frequency and focus of our cleaning procedures, with focus on high-touch areas like handrails and doorknobs, and other surfaces.

Private Charters FAQs

Q. Are you currently taking new bookings? 

A. Yes, we are taking new bookings from June 2020 onwards, any new bookings made for a future date can book with confidence knowing that we will work with you to ensure maximum flexibility should the situation continue or change. 

Q. The date of my event is undecided, can I hold a date?

A. Yes, we can hold a date provisionally for 5 days free of charge. Should we not hear back from you after your 5-day provisional hold, this date will be released. 

Q. How do I confirm a date?

A. To confirm your booking, you will need to complete a booking form, please click here. A deposit of £250 is required to secure the date. 

Q. My current booking is scheduled before June 2020, what do I do?

A. Do not worry, our sales team are currently contacting all clients to either move your charter to an alternative date or offering a full deposit refund if required. 

Q. My current booking is scheduled during or after June 2020, what do I do?

A. At this stage, your function is outside of the official lockdown and we sincerely hope that your function will still go ahead. As such, we will keep your booking as active so if the event can go ahead, it will. Our standard T&C’s will apply. Please click here.

Q. When will my refund be processed?

A. The company will remain closed until the Government lift the lockdown and we have a skeleton staff holding the fort from their homes. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we hope to have the team back onsite as quickly as possible so we can issue refunds

Q. I am worried about the safety of my guests once the restriction is lifted, what measures are you taking to keep me and my guests safe when onboard?

A. Our staff and crew are taking specific steps including proper and frequent hand washing, thorough disinfection of food preparation areas and surfaces before and after each event, alongside regular sanitization of our vessels before and after service. In addition to these measures, we have increased the frequency and focus of our cleaning procedures, with focus on high-touch areas like handrails and doorknobs, and other surfaces.

Q. Once the current Government restriction is lifted, will there be a change in how many people can attend my event?

A. Currently we have no information on any restrictions. We are keeping up to date with the government’s guidelines and will advise our clients accordingly on any new restrictions that would affect their booking once the restriction is lifted. 


Ticketed Events FAQs

Q. I have purchased tickets for a shared disco cruise that is scheduled during the lockdown, will I lose my booking?

A. Please be assured that your booking is safely stored in our system, and we will remain in communication with you over the coming months to rearrange your booking for a suitable date when you are ready. You can use your tickets on any of our shared disco cruises up until the end of 2021. The booking transfer will need to be a like-for-like change so will not apply to our Christmas or New Year’s Eve cruises. Pre-booking is essential so we can re-issue your tickets for your new date.

Q. When will my refund be processed?

Q. I would like to buy tickets for your New Year’s Eve cruise, are you still going ahead with this event and what happens if the current coronavirus restrictions are still in place?

A. Yes, New Year’s Eve tickets for all our vessels are now available to purchase from our website. Should the current restrictions still be in place, we would be offering either a transfer to next New Year’s Eve or a full refund within 30 days of the event.
